Where to run
Al Barsha Pond Park is the anchor — a 1.5 kilometre rubberised loop marked every hundred metres, a separate cycle path and outdoor equipment, free and open until eleven at night. It is busiest from six to half past eight in the morning and six to nine in the evening, which is exactly when our customers train.
Al Barsha South Fourth is JVC, and Barsha Heights was TECOM until 2016. Locals still say TECOM, and the metro station has been renamed twice.
