We cook it fresh
Everything is cooked the morning it leaves us, weighed to the gram and sealed straight away. Nothing is frozen, nothing sits in a warehouse, nothing is made weeks ahead.

One payment, for one plan
You pay for the plan you built — one week, two weeks or a month. When it ends, it ends. We will message you a few days before so you can decide, and if you decide nothing then nothing happens.
No card kept on file
We do not store your card and we cannot charge you again without you doing it yourself. Your card details go from your browser to the payment provider and never touch our website.
Travelling? Pause it.
Message us and we will pause your plan for as many delivery days as you need. Your end date moves out by the same number of days, so you never lose a meal you have paid for.
Change any meal, any day
We fill your menu for you so ordering is quick, then you can swap whatever you like. Tell us what you cannot eat and it disappears from your menu entirely.
Delivery is free, everywhere
All seven emirates, no minimum order, no surcharge for the northern emirates, and no fee added at the last step. The price you see when you build the plan is the price you pay.
Halal, always
No pork and no alcohol in any recipe, in any dish, on any plan. Not a setting you have to find — it is how the kitchen works.

Order before 18:00 and your first delivery is the next day. Order later and we start you the day after.
You pick one window when you order and it stays the same for the whole plan. If you need to change it, message us — it takes a moment.
Keeping it fresh
Everything is cooked in the morning and delivered chilled the same day — never frozen, never reheated on our side. Meals keep in the fridge and are best eaten within two days of arriving.
Containers are sealed and labelled with the dish, the date and the full nutrition. If nobody is in, we leave the box with reception or the concierge and message you.
Common questions
How does the subscription actually work?
You pay once, up front, for a fixed block — one week, two weeks or a month. Nothing renews automatically and we never store your card. When your plan is close to ending we send you a message with a one-click link to re-order the same plan, and you decide whether to continue.
Can I choose my own meals, or do you decide?
You choose. When you build your plan we fill every slot for you with dishes that match your goal, your calorie tier and anything you have excluded — so you can check out in about thirty seconds if you are in a hurry. From there you can swap any individual dish on any individual day, and copy a week you like across the rest of your plan.
When do you deliver, and can I pick a time?
Two windows: mornings between 03:00 and 07:00, and afternoons between 09:00 and 13:00. You pick the one that suits you when you order, and you can change it later from your account. Our driver will message you on WhatsApp when they are close.
Which emirates do you deliver to?
All seven, on two schedules. Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman get a delivery every day you have chosen. Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah get two deliveries a week carrying exactly the same meals, chilled and dated so you know the order to eat them in. Delivery is free everywhere — there is no northern-emirates surcharge.
When does my first delivery arrive?
The next day. Order before 18:00 and your first box arrives tomorrow — so an order placed on 3 September is delivered on 4 September. Order after 18:00 and we start you the day after, because the kitchen's shopping list for the next cook has already closed.
How long do the meals stay fresh?
Three to five days in the fridge, and every tray is printed with its own use-by date. The meals are chilled, never frozen, and nothing is cooked more than twenty-four hours before it reaches you.
